Mill Arts Building Holiday Open House

Come celebrate the Holidays with us!!

The artist tenants of 270 Sherman are hosting their 4th annual December Open House on Friday December 14th from 4pm to 9pm. This event is open to the public. The festivities will take place in the Mill Arts Building, with tours of the entire property conducted throughout the evening. Come meet local Hamilton artists, get a peak into the studios where they create their work, do some christmas shopping, and have some snacks on us!… Even the Art Bus is going to swing by at 7pm!

FOR A GOOD CAUSE

For the last 3 years, the Mill Arts tenants have set up an art sale table where 100% of the proceeds is donated to the Hamilton Food Share. What’s even better is that for every dollar donated, that money is matched! When you are here please consider buying a piece of art from our donations table and help us in our continued support Hamilton Food Share!

MEET THE ARTISTS

Helena Alexander, Andrew Butkevicius, Claire Dam, Diana Gordon, Steve Mazza, Stephanie Seagram, Ian Westoby, Susan Wilde, and Linda Joyce Ott (and more!) will all have their studios open to the public.

TOURS

Free tours of the historic Cosmo-Imperial Cotton Mill will be conduct at 6pm and 8pm. The starting point of the tour is in the Mill Arts Building.

Light refreshments will be served.

DIRECTIONS

• Drive north on Sherman Ave. N.
• Drive over the 1st train tracks north of Barton.
• Turn right onto Biggar St. – the second street past the train tracks.
• Parking Lot Entrance is at the east end of the complex, opposite the first house.
